Who needs to read this?
Staff who taught in:
- Trimester 1
- Trimester 1B
- Study Period 3
- Quarter 1
eVALUate student feedback reports for the above study periods are now available to download (except for Study Period 3 reports which are available from 8 May).
Student feedback gives academic staff the opportunity to assess the effectiveness of their teaching and identify strengths or areas for improvement. We offer a range of resources which can help you assess your feedback and improve your teaching skills.
Unit Coordinators can download their full unit reports (FURs) and staff who requested feedback about their teaching can download their teaching evaluation reports (TERs).
How to download your report(s)
To download reports, just log in as a staff member to the eVALUate website. Download FURs from the Unit Evaluation section and download TERs from the Teaching Evaluation section.
Information for unit coordinators
FUR guidelines
Unit coordinators must ensure they are familiar with the FUR guidelines. The guidelines contain important information about how to share the feedback with other staff members who teach in your unit(s) and how to interpret and deal with student feedback.
Respond to student feedback
Please close the feedback loop with your students by publishing a response in your Unit Summary Report (USR). Research shows that being responsive to student feedback is important so that students know their feedback is valued and they will be likely to give feedback again in future.
Instructions on adding a response are available in eVALUate FAQs and information about interpreting response rates is available here.
